I keep coming back for the helpful staff and great amenities like Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and cots. I remember when they helped me print important documents. This place suits me perfectly and I'll be back for my next trip.

We booked deluxe double room that was complete with comfy bed and the garden view and very good breakfast as advertised. Dinner and breakfast food was fresh. The atmosphere created was quiet. The location was marvellous for Bikaner, close enough to Junagarh fort and railway station as well as a lovely garden: D

Great value for money! Beautiful garden and wonderful hospitality from the staff. The location is perfect, walking distance to the main attractions. The buffet breakfast was fantastic and there were plenty of options to choose from.
Rooms were quite bare and lacked some amenities. However, this is compensated by the fantastic value for money offered by the hotel.

Great place to stay in, the building had a charming traditional vibe to it. the pool in the garden was very relaxing and the breakfast was delightful. , the staff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me.
The wifi was a bit spotty and often slow which made it difficult to stay connected. some of the toiletries could use an upgrade.

The hotel is conveniently located near tourist attractions and the city center. It's just away from the hustle and bustle but still close to the fort. The rooms are spacious and clean, with beautiful views of the grounds. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The restaurant offers a good selection of food, with reasonable prices.
The amenities are lacking compared to modern hotels, as seen with some problems in the new building such as the Wi-Fi being out of order and having only Indian channels on the TV. the breakfast options can be limited and could be improved.

Secondly, the service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were attentive and always went the extra mile to ensure my comfort. Additionally, the rooms were lovely, with a private balcony offering a beautiful view over the gardens. Lastly, the breakfast spread was extensive, catering to different tastes and preferences.

We were impressed by the beautiful traditional artwork on the ceilings and walls, a true reflection of the artist's family expertise. The folk singers during dinner were absolutely amazing and added a delightful touch to our evening. The specially prepared vegetarian dishes, without garlic and onions, were wonderfully flavorful and surpassed the usual fare. The room was spacious, clean, and had a balcony with a view of the swimming pool. The managing director was humble and courteous, and the housekeeping staff promptly took care of our laundry without any additional charges. we had a very pleasant stay that we wished could have been longer.
We felt very happy with our stay, and there was nothing to complain about.
